Career:
Chitra made her Telugu debut with Maa Abbayi, which marked her first lead role in the film. She began work on this project when she was noticed singing a song from Nenu Sailaja (2016). Chitra went to appear in films like Rangula Ratnam and Silly Fellows afterwards. Her upcoming films include Kaadal – a love story set in 2004- and Naana, an upcoming Tamil film starring Sasikumar.
